These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Montaribaldi Wine Tasting Booking service, provided by Azienda Agricola Montaribaldi ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By using our website and services, the user agrees to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Service: The wine tasting booking system and related services.
User: Any individual using our service.
Booking: A confirmed reservation for a wine tasting.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
The use of the website and services must comply with applicable laws.

2.2 Booking Process

Bookings must be made through our website https://booking.montaribaldi.com.
The user must provide their full name, phone number, email address, and country of origin.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email.
The user may be contacted via email or phone for notifications regarding booking modifications or updates.
The availability of vintages and wines for tasting may vary depending on stock. A booking does not guarantee the tasting of specific wines, as they may be substituted with equivalent alternatives.

2.3 Modifications and Cancellations

Users may modify or cancel their booking at any time without additional costs.
No penalties apply for booking cancellations.

3. Payments

No advance payments are required.
All payments are made directly at the winery.
Some types of tastings may be offered free of charge if the user purchases a minimum amount of wine.
Payments are accepted in cash and with major credit/debit cards.

3.1 Withdrawal and Refund Policy (United States Only)

Since our service does not require advance payments, no refund or withdrawal policies apply.
Users may cancel their booking at any time without additional costs.
No charges are applied before the tasting, and therefore no refunds are provided.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

The Montaribaldi Wine Tasting Booking platform and application are the exclusive intellectual property of Azienda Agricola Montaribaldi.
Users do not acquire any ownership rights over the software, website, or application but may only use them to make bookings.
Users are prohibited from attempting to tamper with, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the website's or application's code or functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and reserves the right to modify or suspend it at any time with reasonable notice, except in cases of force majeure.
The user uses the Service at their own risk. The Company is not liable for data loss or service interruptions, except in cases of gross negligence.
The information provided through the Service is available "as is" and may contain inaccuracies or errors. The Company commits to correcting any errors as soon as possible.
